Skinless Hake Fillets

Fresh Parsley

Ground Black Pepper

Olive Oil

Fish Stock
Cooking Instructions
1.
Chop Garlic (2 cloves).
2.
Chop the Onion (1).
3.
Chop the Fresh Parsley (to taste).
4.
In a pan add Olive Oil (as needed) and garlic, so the oil takes all the flavor of the garlic.
5.
When everything is hot, add the onions and sauté them a bit.
6.
Add All-Purpose Flour (2 Tbsp) and cook for few minutes.
7.
Add White Wine (1/3 cup), Water (3/4 cup), and Fish Stock (to taste) and cook for a few minutes more in medium heat.
8.
Add parsley, Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
9.
Add Skinless Hake Fillets (2) and cook them in the show heat for a few minutes.
10.
Turn the fillets and cook them for a few minutes or until cooked through.
11.
Remove from pan, serve and enjoy!
