Meat pie, empanada de carne, this pie is so nice, we have a lot of varieties in Spain, the dough are different depending on the area, in the stuff there is also a lot of varieties like adding carrots in the meat, tuna with pisto, fish, etc this is a basic and easy recipe which I like to make so I hope you enjoy it and try it at home!

Cooking Instructions
1.
Cook the Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (3) in boiled water for 10 minutes.
2.
Cut the Onion (1) into medium dice.
3.
Peel and mince the Garlic (2 cloves).
4.
Cut the Red Bell Pepper (1), and Green Bell Pepper (1) into medium dice.
5.
Roughly chop the boiled eggs.
6.
In a pan with Olive Oil (as needed) add garlic, onion, and peppers. Cook for a few minutes.
7.
Add Ground Beef (1.1 lb) and cook it for a few minutes more and add Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
8.
Add Tomato Sauce (1.1 lb) and cook it for a few minutes.
9.
Add the boiled egg and cool down.
10.
In a bowl mix together Milk (1/3 cup), Sunflower Oil (1/3 cup), Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2), Pastry Flour (14 oz), and Salt (2 tsp).
11.
Knead until you have a nice dough and leave it to rest for 15 minutes.
12.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
13.
Roll out half the dough to make the base and put it in a tray and add the stuffing.
14.
Roll out the other half of the dough, place over the filling and crimp the edges to close it.
15.
whisk the egg and brush it over the pie.
16.
Bake in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool, serve, and enjoy!
