Cooking Instructions

Prepare the Shrimp (7 oz): peel, shell and then grind the shrimp meat.
2.
Put the ground shrimp into the pan. Crack an Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) and add Water (6 1/4 cups), beat the mixture well, then turn on the hob.
3.
Slice Tomatoes (4) into wedges and Pineapple (1/4) into thin chunks.
4.
Roughly chop Fresh Mexican Mint (10) and set aside.
5.
Sauté Garlic (2 cloves), Cooking Oil (2 Tbsp), add Chili Powder (1 tsp), tomato and pineapple, then pour into the soup.
6.
Add Rice Noodles (1/3 cup), Vietnamese Spice Blend (1 tsp), Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp), Salt (1/2 tsp), and Fish Sauce (1 Tbsp).
7.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with fresh mint. Enjoy!
