Mince the Garlic (2 cloves). Chop the Baby Bell Peppers (1/3 cup).

Season Tilapia (2 pieces) with Creole Seasoning (1 Tbsp).

Melt Butter (2 Tbsp) in a skillet.

Place tilapia, broccoli, sweet mini peppers, red onion, in the skillet and cook on medium high for 5 minutes or until done.
7.
Pour Lemon Juice (to taste) over fish and add Worcestershire Sauce (1 tsp) to veggies.
8.
Take out tilapia and place on a dish. Then pour the cooked veggies over the fish. All done!!
