Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2.
Place Salmon (1.5 lb) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
3.
Whisk Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (4 Tbsp), Dijon Mustard (2 tsp), and Apple Cider Vinegar (1 Tbsp) together. Pour over the fish and make sure the surface is covered.
4.
Bake in the oven for about 18-20 minutes. The. salmon will be done cooking when the larges part of the fish easily flakes off.
5.
Over medium heat, mix Orange Marmalade (1/2 cup), Apple Cider Vinegar (4 Tbsp), Kosher Salt (2 tsp), and Fresh Rosemary (1 Tbsp) together until hot but not boiling, then remove from heat.
6.
Pour over baked salmon and serve!
