Sautéed spinach (or any greens) with garlic and a squeeze of lemon (or vinegar) is a simple formula that lets spinach shine and will never go out of favor.

Cooking Instructions
1.
Heat Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add Garlic (2 cloves) and sauté 2 minutes.

Add Fresh Baby Spinach (5 2/3 cups) and sauté until wilted, then add the juice from Lemon (1).
3.
Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and serve! I served mine with some pan-roasted salmon.
