Cooking Instructions
1.
In a bowl, mix together the All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Baking Powder (1 Tbsp), Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp), and Salt (1/2 tsp).

In a jug or separate bowl, whisk together Milk (1 1/2 cups), Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (2), and Butter (1/3 cup).

Pour into the flour mixture along with Scallions (3/4 cup), Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1 1/2 cups), and Bacon (6 slices). Stir with a spatula until combined.
4.
Preheat a nonstick waffle maker. Cook waffles based on your waffle maker.
5.
Serve right away with Maple Syrup (to taste).
