We made this prosciutto pasta recipe from Bella Hadid's viral TikTok video. Made with simple ingredients, it's a quick and flavorful meal that's perfect for any night of the week.

Cooking Instructions
1.
Cook the Spaghetti (8 oz) al dente and drain once cooked.
2.
Add 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) and give it a mix. Set aside.
3.
Heat 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) on a skillet and toast the Pine Nuts (1/2 cup) until golden brown. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
4.
Heat 2 more Tbsp of Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) on a skillet over medium-high heat and add the sliced Garlic (4 cloves). Cook until it shows color.
5.
Add the minced Garlic (8 cloves) and sautée. Then add the Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 Tbsp), a Tbsp of Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), and the Prosciutto (6 oz). Stir for about a minute.
6.
Add the roasted pine nuts, Fresh Basil (1/2 cup), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste), then lower the heat.
7.
Add the pasta to the pan and give it a thorough stir mixing all the ingredients.
8.
Top with the sliced Parmesan Cheese (to taste) and extra basil.
Author's Notes
We know that pine nuts are usually toasted on a dry skillet, but we are following Bella’s recipe and adding oil as she does in the video.
Parmesan and prosciutto are naturally salty and full of umami flavor, so be careful not to add too much salt. Taste as you go.
If you are not a big fan of spicy, feel free to use less than a tablespoon of chili flakes or omit the spice completely.
