Cooked Turkey , roughly chopped

3/4 cup

Mayonnaise , divided

•

4 Tbsp

Cranberry Sauce

•

2 cups

Mashed Potatoes

Shredded Colby Jack Cheese

Chopped Fresh Parsley

Nonstick Cooking Spray

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Coat an 8-inch baking dish with Nonstick Cooking Spray (to taste) .

In a small bowl, combine Mayonnaise (4 Tbsp) and Cranberry Sauce (4 Tbsp) .

In another bowl, combine the remaining Mayonnaise (1/2 cup) , Mashed Potatoes (2 cups) , and Shredded Colby Jack Cheese (1 1/2 cups) .

Place half of the Stuffing Mix (4 cups) in the dish then top with Turkey (1 lb) .

Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the top then the mashed potato mixture. Lastly, top with the remaining stuffing.

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until heated through.

Cut out a piece and optionally garnish with Fresh Parsley (to taste) . Serve.
