Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
2.
In a small bowl, add Olive Oil (4 Tbsp), Garlic (4 cloves), Italian Seasoning (3 Tbsp), Kosher Salt (1 tsp), and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp). Mix until well combined.
3.
Using your clean hands rub the herb mixture all over the Turkey Breasts (4).
4.
Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet with a wire rack underneath the turkey breast and roast for about 15 minutes.
5.
Meanwhile, in a small glass bowl, mix together Maple Syrup (1/3 cup), Dry Mustard (2 Tbsp), Worcestershire Sauce (2 Tbsp), and Low-Sodium Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp).
6.
When the turkey breast reaches the 15 minutes time mark, pour half of the glaze over and turn the sheet pan around to get even coloring. Return to the oven and roast for another 15 minutes.
7.
Remove from the oven, and brush with the remaining glaze. Place back in the oven to roast for the final 5 minutes, or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the turkey registers 165 degrees F (75 degrees C).
8.
Once the turkey breast is done, remove it from the oven and cover it with foil. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
9.
Slice the breast and place it on a nice serving platter. Decorate as you will, then serve and enjoy with Pomegranates (to taste), Garlic (to taste), Fresh Parsley (to taste), Fresh Rosemary (to taste), or other optional garnishes.
