Smoked Deli Ham

Fresh Pineapple Chunks

or Fresh Pineapple Tidbits

Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 390 degrees F (195 degrees C). Dice the Smoked Deli Ham (1 lb) into 1/2-inch chunks.
2.
Spread a heaped tablespoon of Pizza Sauce (1 jar) onto each 9-Inch Flour Tortillas (8).
3.
Sprinkle with a base of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (5 1/4 cups). Reserve half for topping.
4.
Top with diced ham and Fresh Pineapple Chunks (1 can). Finish off with more mozzarella and a sprinkle of Dried Oregano (1 tsp).
5.
Place onto a baking paper lined baking trays and bake in two batches of four for 8-10 minutes. Cheese should be bubbling and melted and the sides golden and crispy.
6.
Serve immediately!

Yields 4-8 servings.
Not team pineapple on pizza? Remove or replace with your favorite ingredients.
The base is super thin, so I recommend not to overdo it on toppings, I speak from experience.
