Cooking Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together the Unsalted Beef Stock (1/2 cup) , Low-Sodium Soy Sauce (4 Tbsp) , Oyster Sauce (2 Tbsp) , Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp) , Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp) , and Ground Ginger (1/4 tsp) . Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the Beef Strips (1 lb) , Corn Starch (3 Tbsp) , and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp) . Mix to coat the beef evenly with starch.

Heat the Vegetable Oil (2 Tbsp) in a skillet over high heat. Once the oil is sizzling, add the beef. Cook, stirring frequently, for 4-5 minutes or until browned.

Add the Frozen Sugar Snap Peas (1 bag) and sauce. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce is thick and glossy.

Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds (1 Tbsp) and serve over White Rice (to taste) , if desired.
