Cooking Instructions
1.
Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop the Strawberry Yogurt (1 lb) onto the parchment paper. Use a spatula to spread the yogurt evenly over the parchment paper.
2.
Spread the Frozen Mixed Berries (1 cup) over the yogurt. Top with Granola (1/2 cup), Assorted Nuts (1 Tbsp), and Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (3 Tbsp).
3.
Place the cookie sheet in the freezer for 3 hours or until the yogurt bark is firm.
4.
When the yogurt bark is firm, remove the parchment paper and cut or break it into pieces. Serve immediately.
Author's Notes
Store leftovers in a plastic storage bag in the freezer.
