If you want an extra special treat, top your milkshake with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.

Cooking Instructions

Add the Vanilla Ice Cream (1 cup), Mascarpone Cheese (2 Tbsp), Espresso Powder (1 tsp), and Whole Milk (4 Tbsp) to a blender. Puree until smooth and thick.

Pour into tall milkshake glasses and top with Chocolate Syrup (to taste), Whipped Cream (to taste), a dusting of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (to taste), and Ladyfingers (to taste).
Author's Notes
If you want to avoid coffee completely, substitute it with an equal amount of cocoa powder.
