Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2.
In a baking dish, lay your Boneless Chicken Breasts (4) and pour the Lemon Pepper Marinade (6 oz) over the breasts.
3.
Tuck the Lemon (1) around the edges of the baking dish making sure that one-half of the slices are under the chicken breast.
4.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Remember, oven temperatures may vary.
5.
10 minutes prior to removing the chicken from the oven, microwave the Mashed Potatoes (1 pckg) according to package instructions.
6.
Serve the chicken as desired and pour drippings over the potatoes to serve.
Author's Notes
If desired, you can marinade the chicken for no longer than 4 hours in a storage bag in the refrigerator before baking.
