St. Louis Spare Ribs

Adobo Seasoning

Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C).
2.
Turn the St. Louis Spare Ribs (1 rack) top-down and pull the membrane film off the spare rib.
3.
Once done, slice off each rib and place it in a bowl. Rinse well with water and drain.
4.
Season ribs with Olive Oil (4 Tbsp) and Adobo Seasoning (4 Tbsp). Mix well.
5.
On a nonstick aluminum lined baking sheet, place the ribs bone side down. Cover with aluminum foil.
6.
Bake at 500 degrees F (260 degrees C) for 25 minutes.
7.
Remove the foil and lower the temperature to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
8.
Remove ribs and brush with Barbecue Sauce (as needed).
9.
Place back in the oven and raise the temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Bake for 20 minutes.
