Fresh Strawberries , de-stemmed, halved

4 Tbsp

Evaporated Milk

•

1/2 cup

Strawberry Jam , warmed

to taste

Fresh Mint

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).

Combine the Breadcrumbs (1 1/2 cups) , Butter (1/3 cup) , and Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup) in a medium bowl.

Transfer the mix to a 10-inch springform pan and press onto the bottom and 2 inches up the side.

Place the Cream Cheese (2 pckg) , Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (5) , Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can) , Evaporated Milk (4 Tbsp) , All-Purpose Flour (1/3 cup) , and the juice from Lemon (1/3) in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the prepared crust and tap on the side of the pan to get rid of any bubbles.

Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until the center is set when shaken.

Cool in the pan on a wire rack, then refrigerate until completely chilled.

Arrange Fresh Strawberries (to taste) over the top of the cheesecake and drizzle with Strawberry Jam (1/2 cup) . Garnish with Fresh Mint (to taste) .
