One Pot Beef Stroganoff

Cream of Mushroom Soup

2% Reduced Fat Milk

Beef Broth

4 cups

Fusilli Pasta

Sour Cream

1 Tbsp

Chopped Fresh Parsley

Cooking Instructions

Season the Sirloin Steak (1 lb) with Paprika (1/2 tsp) .

Heat the Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp) in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and Onion (1/2) , and cook until the beef is well browned about 4-5 minutes.

Pour off any fat. Stir in the Cream of Mushroom Soup (1 can) , Milk (3/4 cup) , Beef Broth (1 1/2 cups) , and Fusilli Pasta (4 cups) . Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to medium-low.

Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and stir in Sour Cream (2/3 cup) . Season to taste with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .

Sprinkle with Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp) and serve.
