Cooking Instructions

In a pan over medium-high heat, heat up Olive Oil (3 Tbsp), then add in Yellow Onion (1). Cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.

Add Ground Beef (1 lb) and cook for about 3 minutes, break the beef into smaller pieces as you cook.

Mix in Button Mushrooms (1 cup) and keep stirring. Continue cooking for about 5-7 minutes until the beef is fully cooked and most moisture from the mushroom is evaporated.

In the same pan over high heat, add Tomato Paste (3 Tbsp) and cook for 1 minute to develop flavor.

Add Diced Tomatoes (1 can), Worcestershire Sauce (2 Tbsp), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1 tsp), Italian Seasoning (1 tsp), Vegetable Stock (4 Tbsp), Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Bring to a simmer and cook until the liquid is thickened and becomes a saucy texture, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat.
7.
Serve with Rigatoni (1 box) and garnish with Fresh Basil (to taste) and Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
