Limes , juiced

Mayonnaise

Soy Sauce

Cooking Instructions

In a small bowl, add Red Onion (1/2) , Limes (2) , Mayonnaise (1/2 cup) , Soy Sauce (1 tsp) , Hot Sauce (1 tsp) , Salt (1/4 tsp) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and whisk to combine. Let this sit for 5 minutes to take the harsh bite of the onion away.

In another large bowl add Jumbo Shrimp (1 lb) , Avocado (1) , Tomato (1) , Jalapeño Pepper (1) , and Corn Kernels (1 can) .

Place the marinated mixture with the shrimp bowl and add chopped cilantro and mix well to incorporate all the flavors. Adjust seasoning of salt and pepper to taste.

Top with Fresh Cilantro (1 bunch) and serve with Tortilla Chips (to taste) .
