Cooking Instructions
1.
Cut Brioche (1 loaf) into 1-inch slices. Cut all crusts off each slice of bread, and cut into 9 squares.
2.
In a bowl, whisk together Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (3), Milk (1/2 cup), Caster Sugar (2 tsp), and Vanilla Bean Paste (1 tsp) until combined.
3.
Toss each square of bread in the egg mixture to coat.
4.
In a hot pan with Butter (to taste), fry the pieces on each side until golden brown.
5.
Mix together Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup) and Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (2 tsp) to create cinnamon sugar. Toss all the French toast bites in the cinnamon sugar.
6.
Serve with Maple Syrup (to taste). Enjoy!
