Mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

Into a pan, add Bacon (2 slices) . Season both sides with Blackening Seasoning (to taste) . Cook over medium heat until crispy.

Season 80/20 Lean Ground Beef Patty (1) with Blackening Seasoning (to taste) .

Cook hamburger patty to your liking.

Add White Cheddar Cheese (1 slice) on top of the hamburger patty.

Into a mixing bowl, add Mayonnaise (1 1/2 cups) , Creole Mustard (3 tbsp) , Horseradish (1 tbsp) , Creole Seasoning (1 tsp) , Garlic (4 cloves) , and Juice from the Lemon (1/2) . Stir to combine.

Spread sauce onto Hamburger Bun (1) . Place the Lettuce (to taste) on one side, followed by the hamburger patty, Tomatoes (to taste) , Red Onions (to taste) , and bacon.
