Cooking Instructions
1.
Warm up Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) in a pan. Add Garlic (1/2 cup) and cook for 30 seconds.
2.
Add Paprika (1 Tbsp) and Cayenne Pepper (1/4 tsp). Mix to combine.
3.
Add Gulf Shrimp (1 lb) and cook for 3-4 minutes. Season with Sea Salt (to taste) and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste).
4.
Add Butter (1/5 stick) and let melt.
5.
Squeeze in juice from the Lemon (1/2).
6.
Add Pinot Grigio (2 Tbsp) and mix well.
7.
Add Fresh Parsley (to taste) and stir to combine.
8.
Add remaining Butter (4/5 stick) and allow to melt.
9.
Top with additional parsley and serve with bread, pasta or grits. Enjoy!
