Cooking Instructions

Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan then prepare and bake the brownies by mixing the Brownie Mix (1 box) with Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (3), Water (4 Tbsp), and Vegetable Oil (2/3 cup). After, bake as directed on the box. Let them cool completely.

In a large mixing bowl with a hand mixer on medium speed, beat Butter (1 cup) and Cream Cheese (1 cup) until smooth.

Lower the hand mixer to a low speed, and slowly add Powdered Confectioners Sugar (5 cups). Once incorporated, add Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) and beat on high for about 1 to 2 minutes.

Take ¼ of the frosting into another bowl and mix with Black Food Coloring (as needed). Transfer to a piping bag.

Half the rest of the frosting in another bowl, add Green Food Coloring (as needed) and mix well. Repeat the same with the Purple Food Coloring (as needed) for the purple frosting.
6.
Cut the brownie into 2x4-inch squares.
7.
Frost half of the brownies with green frosting, and another half with purple frosting.
8.
Decorate the green brownies with Sprinkles (as needed) on the top area as hair. Add Candy Eyeballs (as needed) and use the black frosting to draw the mouth and stitches.
9.
For the purple brownies, use black frosting to draw the hair, mouth, and stitches. And put on Candy Eyeballs (as needed).
