Cream Cheese
, softened

Fresh Strawberries
, quartered

Stevia
Cooking Instructions
1.
Sprinkle Stevia (1 tsp) over the Fresh Strawberries (1 2/3 cups)
2.
Shake the bowl well to make sure everything is combined.
3.
Cut Cream Cheese (1 cup) into smaller blocks.
4.
Into a food processor, place cream cheese and strawberries.
5.
Process until well combined, but leave some chunks of strawberry for texture.
6.
Place mixture into molds of your choice. Tap to release air bubbles.
7.
Place in freezer for a few hours, or up to overnight, to set. Serve and enjoy!
