Plum Fennel Salad with Ginger Honey Dressing and French Martini Cocktail
This colorful salad is super easy to make and so refreshing. Made from a combination of fresh mozzarella, grilled plum, and orange ginger dressing, it’s fruity and sweet with a bit of heat from the fresh ginger. Sweet honey balances with the tartness of the plum, making this a perfect summer side dish. Paired with GREY GOOSE® Vodka, pineapple juice, and Chambord® liqueur that come together for the deliciously fruity French Martini Cocktail.

Cooking Instructions
1.
Heat up the grill pan over high heat.
2.
Toss the Plums (5) with Olive Oil (4 tbsp) in a mixing bowl. Place the plum in the preheated pan, and grill it until it has nice grill marks on both sides. Set it aside and let it cool down.

In a medium mixing bowl, add the 1/4 cup of Orange (1), White Wine Vinegar (1 tbsp), Honey (1 tbsp), Fresh Ginger (1 tsp), and 1/2 Tbsp of Orange Zest. Slowly whisk in Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (4 tbsp). Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Place grilled plum, Orange (1), Fennel Bulb (1), and Fresh Mint (4 tbsp) in a large mixing bowl. Add orange salad dressing, and toss together.
5.
Transfer to a serving plate with Bocconcini (3) and Chopped Roasted Almonds (4 tbsp). Prepare the French Martini Cocktail.
6.
Build GREY GOOSE® Vodka (3 fl oz), Fresh Pineapple Juice (4 fl oz), and Chambord (1 fl oz) in a Boston glass.
7.
Top with cubed ice and shake. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
8.
Garnish with a Fresh Raspberries (to taste).
9.
Serve the salad along with the cocktail and enjoy!
