Cooking Instructions
1.
Whisk together the Evaporated Milk (2 cans), Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can), Egg Yolks (3), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (2 tsp), and Ground Nutmeg (1/2 tsp) in a medium saucepan.

Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 7 to 10 minutes or until mixture coats the back of a wooden spoon. Do not allow the mixture to boil.

Remove from the heat and serve warm with Rum (to taste) or topped with Whipped Cream (to taste), if desired.
Author's Notes
Eggnog thickens as it cools. To thin the consistency, add milk.
