These sweet sugar(less) cookies are even better than the original. They contain 21% fewer calories* and 100% less sugar* than the full-sugar version. Makes 2 dozen cookies.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a large mixing bowl cream together the Unsalted Butter (1 cup) and Truvia® Sweet Complete® Granulated All-Purpose Stevia Leaf Sweetener (1 1/2 cups).

Add the Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) and Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1). Mix for 1-2 minutes.
4.
Add Salt (1/2 tsp), Baking Powder (1/2 tsp), All-Purpose Flour (2 1/4 cups), and mix to form a soft dough.
5.
Scoop the dough out and roll into balls.
6.
Place the balls on a lined baking sheet, and flatten down each ball.
7.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly brown.
8.
Store in a sealed container.
