Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Mix the Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (2) in a large bowl with a whisk. Then stir in Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can), 100% Pumpkin Purée (1 can), Evaporated Milk (1 cup), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp), Salt (1/2 tsp), Ground Ginger (1/2 tsp), and Ground Cloves (1/2 tsp). Pour into the Deep Dish Pie Crust (1).

Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack for 2 hours.

Serve immediately or refrigerate. Top with Whipped Cream (to taste) before serving.
