Cooking Instructions

Place Dulce de Leche (1/3 can) in the freezer. Spread the sides of 4 small mugs with a little dulce de leche and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Blend Evaporated Milk (1/3 cup) and remaining Dulce de Leche (2/3 can) until well combined. Add Whole Wheat Flour (2/3 cup), Baking Powder (1/4 tsp), Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp), Vegetable Oil (2 Tbsp), and Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Egg (1). Blend well.

Place a small amount of mixture in each of the cups; divide the frozen dulce de leche between the cups. Add the rest of the mixture to the cups, filling 1/2 full. Microwave each for 2 minutes in 40-second intervals or until cooked.
