Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees C (180 degrees F).

Beat the Butter (3/4 cup) until creamy; beat in Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can) and Egg Yolks (2). Sift the All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp), and Ground Ginger (1 tsp). Beat into the butter mixture until you get a smooth paste. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Roll the dough out on a floured surface; cut the dough into shapes with cookie cutters. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Mix the Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 cup) and Water (2 Tbsp) until smooth. Divide into 4 parts and add a little Food Coloring (as needed) to each one.
5.
Decorate the cookies with icing; let dry.
