Cooking Instructions
1.
Sprinkle the Gelatin Powder (1 tsp) over Water (1/2 cup) in a small, microwave-safe bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes to soften. Microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute or until dissolved.

Place the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (1 cup) and Sweetened Condensed Milk (3/4 cup) in a medium, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute. Stir until the morsels are melted. Gradually stir in the gelatin mixture.

Stir in the Orange Liqueur (2 Tbsp). Pour into serving bowls. Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until firm.
4.
Serve garnished with tangerines and berries.
