Cooking Instructions

In a large pot, add Apple Cider (4 cups), Apple (1), Maple Syrup (4 Tbsp), Cinnamon Sticks (4), Whole Cloves (8), Whole Cardamom Pods (8), Whole Allspice (1 Tbsp), and Fresh Ginger (2 in). Simmer over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes.

Turn off the heat, add Bourbon (1 cup), and stir to combine. Strain to remove the apple and spices.

Serve warm in a heatproof glass, serve with Whipped Cream (to taste) on top, and garnish with Cinnamon Sticks (to taste) and Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (to taste).
