Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C). Heat your cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
2.
Season the Flank Steak (1 lb) with Salt (2 tsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp), and sear the steak on each side for 2 minutes.
3.
Brush the meat with Hoisin Sauce (1/2 cup), add in the Butter (2 Tbsp), and Jarred Minced Garlic (1 Tbsp).
4.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 40-45 minutes until cooked to a nice medium.
5.
Take out and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with some more melted butter and garnish with Fresh Herbs (to taste).
