Cooking Instructions
1.
Heat Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) in a medium-sized skillet over medium heat.
2.
Add Fresh Spinach (1 cup) to the skillet and cover; allow to cook for 10 minutes. Then cover and remove from heat.
3.
Meanwhile heat Butter (1 Tbsp) in a second skillet over medium-low heat.
4.
When the butter has melted and begins to bubble, gently crack the Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Egg (1) into the skillet, being careful to not break the yolk.
5.
Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the white is opaque and the yolk has set.
6.
Top toasted Whole Wheat Bread (1 slice) with spinach and a sunny-side-up egg.
