Cooking Instructions
1.
Take Coconut Milk (to taste) and freeze for 30 minutes to an hour to get coconut cream, just like whipped cream.
2.
In a blender, add Ice (1 1/2 cups), Almond Milk (3/4 cup), Maple Syrup (3 Tbsp), Espresso (2 fl oz), Vegan Caramel Sauce (2 Tbsp) and Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp). Blend until well combined.
3.
Transfer to a tall glass and top with the chilled coconut cream.
4.
Top with more Vegan Caramel Sauce (to taste).
5.
Serve with a straw and enjoy!
