Cooking Instructions
1.
Thinly slice the Avocados (2) and lay them on the plate in a flared out design on the plate.
2.
Add the sliced Red Onions (4 Tbsp).
3.
Segment the Grapefruit (1) and lay it on top.
4.
Season the salad with Sea Salt (1 pinch) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch).
5.
Scatter the Red Bird's Eye Chili Pepper (1) on the salad.
6.
Add finely chopped Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp). Serve and enjoy!
