Cooking Instructions
1.
In a nonstick pan, add Ham (1 1/2 cups) and let it render some of the fat and cook till the edges are golden brown.
2.
Add in Onion (1), Pimiento Peppers (2), Garlic (1 clove), Thai Chili Pepper (1), Celery (1 stalk), and Ground Black Pepper (as needed).
3.
Remove some of the rendered fat if too much in the pan. Sprinkle in Curry Powder (1 tsp), Carrot (1) and Green Cabbage (1/2). Season with Salt (as needed).
4.
Continuously stir and cook for about 5 minutes or until vegetables are cooked through. Serve and enjoy!
