Cooking Instructions
1.
Chop the Onion (1) and Scallions (1 bunch).

Combine Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar (1/2 cup), Oranges (2), Ground Allspice (as needed), Kosher Salt (1 Tbsp), Brown Sugar (4 Tbsp), Scotch Bonnet Peppers (2), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste), juice from Limes (6), Dried Thyme (1 tsp), Ground Nutmeg (as needed), Garlic (5 cloves), Fresh Ginger (2 tsp), Coconut Oil (4 Tbsp), onion, and green onion.

Blend together in a blender or food processor.

Pour over the Shrimp (2 lb) and cover.
5.
Marinate for one hour or up to overnight.
6.
Assemble on a skewer with Pineapples (to taste) and grill to perfection.
