Add the Scotch Bonnet Peppers (40), Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup), Garlic (15 cloves), Salt (1 tsp), and Distilled White Vinegar (1 cup) to the blender or food processor and puree it until it’s a smooth consistency. This will take about 1 minute.
