Brown Butter, Dried Fruit, Dark Chocolate Oat Bars

Brown the butter: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the Butter (1/3 cup) . Continuously stir. As the butter melts, it will foam and turn into an amber color.

In a small bowl, mix together the Banana (1) , browned butter, Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) , Brown Sugar (1/2 cup) , and Peanut Butter (4 Tbsp) .

In a separate bowl, mix together the Dried Blueberries (4 Tbsp) , Dried Cherries (4 Tbsp) , Dark Chocolate Chunks (4 Tbsp) , Walnuts (1/2 cup) , Oatmeal (1 1/2 cups) and All-Purpose Flour (1/3 cup) . Then mix the dry and wet ingredients together.
