Cooking Instructions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, add Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 1/2 cups), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/3 cup), Eggland's Best Liquid Egg Whites (1/3 cup), Salt (1 pinch), and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp). Whisk until fully combined. Fold in Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup).

Spoon 1 tablespoon of batter on the baking sheet.
5.
Space cookies out by 3" each. Bake for 9 minutes.
6.
Sprinkle each with an even amount of crushed Hard Peppermint Candies (1/3 cup).
7.
Allow cookies to cool, enjoy!
