Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Pour the Water (1 cup) into a small pot and bring to a boil. Add the Sun-Maid Raisins (1 cup) and boil for 8 to 10 minutes. You want about 3 tablespoon of the water remaining. Set it aside and let it cool completely.

In a mixing bowl, add Brown Sugar (1 cup), Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup), and Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1). Using a spatula, cream them together.

In a separate bowl, add All-Purpose Flour (1 3/4 cups), Salt (1/2 tsp), Ground Cloves (1/4 tsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/2 tsp), Ground Allspice (1/2 tsp), Baking Soda (1/2 tsp), and Baking Powder (1/2 tsp). Whisk until everything is well combined.

Add a little bit of the flour mixture to the sugar mixture followed by a few of the undrained raisins. Mix until combined.

Do this about 5 or 6 times until you have a smooth cookie dough.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper or spray with baking spray. Using an ice cream scoop or tablespoon, scoop up a couple of tablespoons of the dough and place it on the cookie tray. You want about 3 inches between the cookies.
8.
Place the cookies into a 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) preheated oven for 15 minutes.
9.
Remove the cookies and allow them to cool completely.
10.
Serve and enjoy your cookies!
