Cooking Instructions

Place the Lemons (2 slices), Fresh Rosemary (2 sprigs), Honey (1 tsp), and Four Roses Bourbon (1 fl oz) in a cocktail shaker, and muddle until the rosemary and lemon have broken down, and their flavors have combined.

Pour strained liquid into 2 champagne glasses. Top each with Champagne (to taste), and serve with a Fresh Rosemary (1 sprig) as a garnish.
