Add Green Cabbage (6 cups) and Apples (4 cups) to a large bowl, followed the Dried Cranberries (3/4 cup) and Pepitas (1/2 cup). Toss to combine.

In a separate small bowl, add Greek Yogurt (3/4 cup), Avocado Oil Mayonnaise (4 Tbsp), Maple Syrup (4 Tbsp), Apple Cider Vinegar (2 Tbsp), Sea Salt (1/4 tsp) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/8 tsp), stir until thoroughly mixed with no lumps.

Pour yogurt dressing over cabbage and apples, toss to coat and serve. You can store it in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
