Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Combine Honey (1 Tbsp) , Balsamic Vinegar (2 Tbsp) , Fresh Ginger (1/3 cup) , Canned Pumpkin Purée (2 tsp) , Jalapeño Pepper (1) , Garam Masala (1 tsp) , Ground Coriander (1 tsp) , Ground Cumin (1 tsp) , zest of Lime (1) , Salt (to taste) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .

Add the Chicken Wings (10) to the bowl and toss again making sure all the wings are covered.

Melt Unsalted Butter (2 Tbsp) over medium-high heat in a 10-inch cast iron skillet. Brown the wings on each side for about a couple of minutes.

Place the skillet in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the chicken has cooked.

Remove from oven and sprinkle wings with Scallions (to taste) and lime juice. Serve family-style.
