Cooking Instructions

Into a mixing bowl, add 80/20 Lean Ground Beef (1.1 lb), Smoked Paprika (1 tsp), Hoisin Sauce (1 1/3 Tbsp), Salt (1/2 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp). Mix thoroughly with your hands.

Form meat mixture into 3 patties slightly bigger than the buns.

Transfer patties to a pan over medium-low heat. Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side.
4.
Place patties on Hamburger Buns (3) and top with Provolone Cheese (3 slices). Serve and enjoy!
