This spring pea salad has sweet peas, snap peas, snow peas and pea sprouts!! Oh, and don’t forget the savory crisp bacon! This is is such a great salad to bring to parties, picnics and BBQ’s. A classic for your recipe books!

or Plain Yogurt or Sour Cream

Cooking Instructions
1.
Chop the Red Onions (4 Tbsp). Drain the Water Chestnuts (1 3/4 cups). In a large bowl, combine Frozen Green Peas (5 cups), Snow Pea Pods (1/2 cup), Sugar Snap Peas (1/2 cup), red onion and water chestnuts.

Combine Mayonnaise (4 Tbsp), Crème Fraîche (4 Tbsp), Ground White Pepper (1/8 tsp) and Sea Salt (1/8 tsp).
3.
Gently fold the dressing into the pea mixture to evenly coat. Place in the refrigerator to chill.
4.
Add Bacon (1/2 cup) prior to serving, and garnish with Pea Shoots (1 handful). Enjoy!
