Cooking Instructions
1.
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add Broccoli Florets (2 2/3 cups) and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Transfer to cold water.

Into a pot over high heat, add Sesame Oil (2 tsp). Once warm, add Onion (1) and cook for 1 minute.
3.
Add Garlic (as needed). Cook for 30 seconds.
4.
Add broccoli, and let it sit in the pan for a minute, then add Soy Sauce (2 tsp), Honey (3 Tbsp), and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (as needed). Toss to combine.
5.
Turn off heat. Garnish with Sesame Seeds (2 tsp), then serve warm.
