Cooking Instructions
1.
Set your pressure cooker to sauté and Chicken Stock (3/4 cup), Russet Potatoes (1.5 lb) and minced Garlic (2 cloves). Put the lid on and cook for 10 minutes.

Mash a bit, season with Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp) and add Butter (2 Tbsp). Mix until the butter is melted then add Milk (4 Tbsp), and mash the potatoes until light and fluffy.
3.
Serve warm as a side dish.
